You can inquire about my current schedule and an approximate start date. Like most designers, I usually have a wait list.

I’ll send you a questionnaire. This provides feedback and insight on what you’re after … colors, style, what pieces you’d like do to and more. I’ll need those answers before we begin. If we’re not doing a logo, I’ll need a vector (.ai or .eps – preferred format) or a .psd file of your logo. If you don’t have one of those available, please let me know and we can discuss redoing your logo in one of those formats.

I work through Paypal. Half of the balance is due before we begin your project. Once I start on your logo or marketing set, I send 3-4 initial concepts. Revisions are included. If they become excessive, we’ll reevaluate at that time. Once the logo is approved, I begin the marketing set, showing several concepts for that as well. Once the initial set design is approved, I complete the rest and then show the final proof. You can still make changes at that time but it saves time and also helps to see it how it all comes together.

How long does it take? This is probably the toughest question! Average turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Some have been much shorter while others have taken much, much longer. If it’s just a logo, it’s typically faster. It’s my goal to provide you with exactly what you want. Because of this, revisions are not limited. Making numerous revisions can make the project take longer, but I do my best! If you’re providing text, images or a logo, it’s best to have those ready when we start. Sets with custom illustrations take a bit more time. In short, each and every set is different … it’s a good thing!

The remaining balance is due once files are approved. Upon receipt of final payment, you’ll receive several file formats for your marketing set or logo. All marketing set pieces are provided as layered files so you can edit text and images at any time.

I work Monday-Friday, 8-2 CST and am available via email or phone. My questionnaire lists my phone number and several email addresses. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, especially if we aren’t currently working on your project. Once we begin, there will be a lot of going back and forth. Please ensure you’ve provided the email address you use most frequently.
