One of our family rituals is to tell each other our good thing and bad thing for the day. The kids love it and it’s a great way to know what’s going on in school and how things are with teachers and friends. It’s also a good way to find out they hate what you’ve cooked because my dinner menu is a frequent topic of conversation.
It’s also a ritual you can apply to your business. What good thing took place while you worked today? What was your bad thing? Accounting is usually at the top of my list … hands down. I’m not a numbers girl so I have a great amount of respect for those who are. There are also really great people who can make life a little easier.
